Question : ‘A’ makes a proposal to ‘B’ by post to sell his house for Rs 50 lakhs and
the letter containing the offer is posted on 10th March and that letter reaches ‘B’ on
12th March but he reads it on 15th of March. On which date the offer is said to be

•according to Indian contract act of his communication is completed when it comes to the knowledge of the person for whom it is made .

•Mr B received to letter on 12 March but he read to it on the 15th March.
