Above 40⁰C , plant enzymes are destroyed as a result of which photosynthesis doesn't occur and the plant should die but it is observed that in summer season even if the surrounding temperature becomes 45⁰C the plants don't die?? Explain.

because it causes evaporation(transpiration in plants) which helps them to keep cool of their own specific bodies for which the process of photosynthesis continues and the plants dont die even in scorching temperatures at around 45 degree celsius..
