No, fictional characters like Doraemon and Avengers can NOT be created or manufactured in real life, even through Artificial Intelligence as AI, that we know today, is programmed to mimic human actions. They are also programmed in such a way that their choices or discussion are somewhat like normal humans.

Nowadays many great companies like Facebook, Microsoft , SpaceX , Tesla and many other well known ones are frequently making robots (even Brainly has some) that can understand human language , process that and respond . This is followed to do complex things as well as for advancement in technology and a better human comfort .
So , it maybe possible that robots may be the future of this world but ; to a certain school of thought we can understand that the characters which are shown in fictional shows may or may not be recreated the in same way. Because ; fictional characters are just thought of mind and they require a lot of pressure and understanding to make them completely similar in real world .
Artificial Intelligence is a very powerful thing that can even cause the end of human life .
Once it happened that two robots from Facebook started to Converse in their own language which employs couldn't understand so they had to shut them down .
Also an incident took place when one of the most advanced robot was asked that would it harm humans to which they replied that it won't harm them but keep them in human zoo .
They may or may not be true but the lesser advancement in artificial intelligence up to an extent would be better as an opinion .
And such fictional characters are just good to be in reel life not the real ones.
