after the discover of the fact that atom is made up of subatomic particles the scientists were looking uo answer to the following question 1 how can we account for the stability of the atom? 2:- why behaviour of one element is different from the other in term of both physical and chemical properties? 3:- why do different atoms combine to form molecules? 4:- what is the origin and nature of the electromagnetic radiation absorbed or emittes by the atom ? 5.By simple majority Central provision of the Constitution can easily be changed by passing the Amendment Bill.

By simple majority which means a bill should be approved by a majority of members present and voting in both the houses of Parliament by special majority the Amendment Bill have to be approved by both the houses of parliamentary by first absolute majority of total membership and second two third majority of members present and voting most of the provision of our constitution amended by this method.

Special majority and ratification after the bill is passed by the majority in both the houses of Parliament it may be approved by the Legislature of at least half of the total members of the state.
