Should we help that person who never feel good while helping us ?
Yes, Of course we should help all people and if someone doesn't fell good while helping us then also we should help them because if we will also not fell good while helping front person then what's a different in you and your front person who ever help you. We should help all whether that person is good or bad.
“we all should help each other and I don’t care if the other person doesn’t understand this and I would still go ahead and help”, because if you help that person then may be that person realize her mistakes and after realizing that person start helping all.
Therefore, in the Bhagavad Gita just at the very beginning Arjuna was advised to come above the modes of material nature which is the cause of all karmic reaction:
The Vedas deal mainly with the subject of the three modes of material nature. O Arjuna, become transcendental to these three modes. Be free from all dualities and from all anxieties for gain and safety, and be established in the self.
Be helpful to all.

Required Answer:
Helping People No Matter What Their Intentions Are!
The answer to the question from my perspective is yes. This question is only asking us whether we should help that person who never feels good while helping us or not. Some might say no to this question because they might feel that if that person is not feeling good to help us then why should they. Yes, sometimes this feeling will bug the person and make it very difficult to answer it.
However, we should always help the person no matter what he/she thinks about it. The person might have his/her reasons or/and problems whether to help us or not which we might not know it. It might help the person to change their perspective about us and might feel good while helping us.
So, to conclude this, we must help the person no matter what his/her intentions are.
