The realisation
One day when I was going for a walk outside, I saw a phone ringing. I ignored and went out. When I came back, my mother informed me that a friend of mine had called her. She didn't say much and I didn't pester her further.
I came to my room and was surprised to find that the same friend had blocked me. I was well aware that my mother didn't like this friend and immediately doubted her without a second thought. I went up to her and wanted to know the truth.
She didn't utter a word and I felt it was because of her that I had lost a dear friend. However, just then one of our mutual friends called me up and told me the whole incident. The girl stole my gold ring from my house earlier and somehow my mother got to know about it.
She immediately threatened her to give it back but she didn't agree. I find myself so guilty on learning the truth. I went up to my mother and asked for forgiveness. It was another time that I had misunderstood her but she was only thinking about my welfare.
