ANSWER:- According to the author difficult things are right now it will not remain so forever.
Explaination for the above
The author has took some examples for it that spring set in and the tree was back to its, majesty once again,it states that time pass and things also get chance according to the changes nature.

In the given passage the writer, through examples, wants people to understand that difficult Phases do not stay forever in Life.
At some point in Life they will end.
The writer by giving the example of a tree says that he saw a tree without leaves on it. He thought that the chapter of the tree was over (That the tree was about to die).
But, this did not happen, after three months, when spring season came, the leaves of the tree regrew. The tree came up to be Magnificent once again.
The writer says that we too should have the conviction that however difficult things are right now, they will be alright after some time.
He means that Problems do not reside forever.
Further on, he gives more examples to explain the answer to the given question.
From the above passage, it can be clearly understood that difficult Phases do not stay forever in Life.
Take an example of Ants-
A single ant can be dragged or killed by some insect but when, a group of ants work together they can drag things, larger than their own size.
This means that "Team Work and Preservance are impressive."
Cob webs are very thin but, when many in number and tied together like how the spider makes its home, it can capture big insects.
They are delicate yet, very strong.
Oysters take in sand and when they open up after a long time they give Pearls!
So, we should never lose hope and work hard. In the end we will do something great!
