Streamline flow

=============

it is flow in which velocity at any point is constant or varies in regular manner.

Streamline are the imaginary lines in a flow field along which flow takes place.

Streamlines are drawn such that at tangent drawn at any instant on streamline gives the direct2 of instantaneous velocity vector

laminar flow:

===========

if the fluid flow is smooth means fluid molecules flow in line by line then the flow is called 'laminar flow'

example:

________

take a high viscosity white color fluid then add differnt colors as a drop then stir slowely untill color mixed up after that stir again in opposite direction you can see the magic, the mixed colors seperated and comes to the original position as a drop.this due to uniform laminar flow.

Turbulent flow

============

it is a type of fluid (gas or liquid) flow in which the fluid undergoes irregular fluctuations, or mixing, in contrast to laminar flow, in which the fluid moves in smooth paths or layers.

In turbulent flow the speed of the fluid at a point is continuously undergoing changes in both magnitude and direction

    Hey!

____________________________________________________________

   ★ Streamline Flow

→ A type of flow in which every particle of the liquid follows exactly , the path followed by its proceeding particle .

→ Every particle has the same magnitude of velocity and direction as that of its previous particle while crossing a particular point .

→ This kind of flow is accompanied by stream lines and by rule , no two stream lines can cross each other .

→Greater the the crowding of the stream lines , the greater is the velocity of particles and vice versa.

   ★Laminar Flow

→ In this flow , a liquid flows moves in the form of layers .

→These layers have got different velocities which don't mix with each other.

→ One layer slides over the other layer during this flow.

→ The velocity of the liquid flow is always less than the critical velocity of liquid .

___________________________________________________

  ★Turbulent Flow

→ When the liquid loved with a velocity greater than its critical velocity then the flow is called turbulent.

→ In this way , the motion of the particles of the liquid become irregular .

→ The path and velocity of the particles change continuously from time to time.
