Question: Find the value of the expression m^2 + m + 29 when:
a) m = 2 ; Answer = 35
b) m = 3 ; Answer = 41
c) What do you notice about the above answers?
d) Why is this different when m = 29?

I have got the answer for a and b bit, but I am facing difficulty in answering c and d. Any help from the experts is appreciated.

= 2x2 + 31

=35

(b) m^2 + m + 29 when m is 3

= 3^3 + 3 + 29

= 3x3 + 3 + 29

= 9 + 3 + 29

= 38+ 3

= 41

(c) the difference when the value of m are changed is that the answer also changes with the value therefore the value of m is directly proportional to the solution of the given equation

(d) when m is 29 the answer of the given solution changes

on solving given equation,

29x29 + 29 + 29

= 841 + 58

= 899
