QUESTION FOR GENIUS

A pendulum swings through an angle of 30° and describes an arc 8.8 cm un length. Find the length of pendulum.​

Length of the arc = 8.8 cm

As we know that,

The formula of the length of an arc is:

=> ¢πl/180° = 8.8 cm

=> 30° × π × l / 180° = 8.8 cm

=> πl = 8.8 × 6

=> 22/7 × l = 52.8 cm

=> l = 52.6 × 7 / 22 cm = 16.8 cm

Therefore, l = 16.8 cm

Thus, the length of Pendulum is 16.8 cm.

SO,

30/360 × 2 × 22/7 × r=8.8

On simplification:
