Answer:

28 hours is needed to travel a distance of 3080 km.

Step-by-step explanation:

GIVEN: covered distance- 550 km & covered time- 5 hrs.

then, the velocity will be - 550/5= 110 km/hrs.

TO BE FOUND: total distance is 3080 km. taken time ?

process: we have found that the velocity is 110 km/hrs.

we know that , velocity = distance/ taken time.

→ taken time = distance / velocity.

⇒3080/ 110= 28 km/hrs.

∴ 28 hours is needed to travel a distance of 3080 km.
