Explanation: The prince of Morocco chooses the golden casket because according to him and as well as the inscriptions on the golden casket were as(who chooses me shall gain what many men desire ) as he was right because every suitor come to Belmont or shrine to pay a visit to a living god (portia ) and as per the caskets he did not chose the lead because its inscriptions (who chooses me shall give away and hazard all he has ) means he has to take a risk and prince Morocco thought it was like a threatening so rejected it but he also rejected the silver one with inscription (who chooses me shall gain as much as he deserves) because according to him Portia was a grand prize which could be kept between the war of two gods and the god who won will get Portia so she is that much valuable to him but in golden casket it seemed that he expressed his feelings through the golden casket's inscriptions...... hope u like it
