Question from Pradeep's New Course Chemistry Grade 11:

Calculate the number of moles in 1 X 10^23 molecules of Carbon dioxide

1 mole of CO2 contains 6.023×10^23 molecules.

1 molecule = 1/(6.022×10^23) moles

1× 10^23 molecules= 1×10^23/(6.023×10^23)

=1/6.023 =0.167 moles of CO2
