Given:Cos A = Cos B

To prove : <A=<B

Proof:Cos A=Cos B

$\frac{base}{hypo} = \frac{base}{hypo}$

Base for cos A=AC

Base for Cos B=BC

Hypo=AB

$\frac{ac}{ab} = \frac{bc}{ab}$

AC=BC

<B=<A(angles opposite to equal sides are equal)
