question: If a mothers normal walking pace is 75cm long, while her daughter's walking pace is only 40cm. How many more steps does the daughter take if they both walk 12 meters?

no. of footstep taken by mother= 1200/75

=16 footsteps

no. of footstep taken by daughter = 1200/40

=30 footsteps

difference between the number of footsteps= 30-19= 11
