Back pain could be of number of reasons including muscular stiffness, muscular weakness or tenderness, lifting heavy weight, improper posture for long time. Some rare complications may be spinal disk dislocation - may be due to accident or in some cases back pain may be due to scoliosis - a birth defect of improper spinal posture.
