AC = 8cm so 1/2 x AC = AO

1/2 x 8 = 4

BD = 6 cm so 1/2 x BD = BO

1/2 x 6 = 3

In ΔAOB , AB^2 = AO^2 + BO^2

= 4^2 + 3^2

= 16 + 9

AB ^ 2 = 25

AB = 5

By midpoint theorem,

PQ is parallel to AB and PQ is half of AB

Therefore PQ = 2.5
