construct the pair of tangents to the circle and measure their lengths.​

@ STEPS OF CONSTRUCTION -

1) Draw a circle of radius 3 cm.

2) Extend its radius with 2 cm upto point A, which is 5 cm from centre of the circle.

3) Draw a perpendicular bisector of AO, which intersects it at L.

4) Take L as centre and Draw a circle taking LO as radius.

5) Extend line A to both points where the new circle has intersected the previous one.

6) Tangents AM and AN are required tangents.
