The credit of discovery of wheel was gone to nobody specifically (personally) but literally it goes to mesopotamians. The people were situated in Mesopotamia are commonly known as mesopotamians . Likely we can take the example of India. The people living in India are known as Indians. Infact, there is a mystery behind this, that firstly (in olden era, time) wheel was made up of wood (wood is a substance which is commonly used for making wheel and for many other materials, wood is likely found / obtained from tree).
