so the element A is Silicon and element B is oxygen

it is given that,

the total number of atoms of element A is 50 and element B is 40 so

when they undergo chemical reaction the total number of molecules produced will be 90

because it follows the law of conservation of mass which states that mass can neither be created nor be destroyed in a chemical reaction.
