Question No. 10If 7x+4y=50 and 4x+7y=38, then what is the value of x-y?

Answer:

7x+4y=50. eq.1

4x+7y=38. 2

multiply by 4 in eq 1 and 7 by eq 2 and then solve

now,

after solving

y=2

put y in in eq 1

so , x= 6

then,

x-y = 6-2

=4
