b: Develop the conceptual framework.
b: Suggest null and alternative hypothesis/hypotheses of the study.
Answers
Answer:
a): The variables in a study of a cause-and-effect relationship are called the independent and dependent variables. The independent variable is the cause. Its value is independent of other variables in your study. The dependent variable is the effect.
b): The key steps for the development of the conceptual framework are:
Identify the key variables used in the subject area of the study.
Draw out key variables within something you have already written about the subject area i.e. literature review.
Perennial to the aim, segregate them as dependent and independent variables.
c): The null hypothesis is a general statement that states that there is no relationship between two phenomenons under consideration or that there is no association between two groups. An alternative hypothesis is a statement that describes that there is a relationship between two selected variables in a study.
