Given : 2x1 + 3x2 < 1500

3x1 + 2x2 < 1500

X1 < 400

X2 < 400

X1, x2 > 0

To Find : Maximize Z = 50x1 + 60x2

Solution:

2x1 + 3x2 < 1500

3x1 + 2x2 < 1500

Points are

(0 , 400) , (150 , 400) , (300 , 300) , (400  , 150) , (400 , 0)

Z = 50x1 + 60x2

x1         x2               Z

0          400          24000

150      400          31500

300     300           33000

400     150            29000

400      0               20000

Maximize Z =  = 33000  at x1    and     x2 = 300
