the reactive increases down the group for metals because it has a tendency to loose electrons and down the group electron radius increases and it is easy for the element to loose electron so in group 1 the reactivity increases as we go down the group .

In case of group 17 elements they are non metals and they have tendency to gain electrons so due to small size of fluorine atom it is most reactive and the reactivity decrease down the group
