Is it advisable to use our Real picture or a family member picture as a display pictures in https://brainly.in ?


It is advised  that Using Own picture of yours is not good. We ask you to be safe from your side too. Brainly ensure safety for everyone!

Brainly.in being a Open website  , Google can collect every single information and use it as search results.

Google always surveys on various open platforms, Use theirs data so as to provide results when searched.

• There are chances that your photo might be presented .it is one of the privacy issue you would face.

Brainly is a educational platform where students get precise help. There might be users who we aren't familiar.

There are chances that your picture might be misused .


Therefore, It is advised not to use your own pic as part of display picture.

If my Photo is already indexed in Google, What should I do?

• First remove the display picture from brainly or either change it.

• When google visits the next time , It will update the new pic, Hence automatically the one you want not to be indexed will be deleted.

Hi Friend !!!

I don't support to use our own picture as profile picture !!!
It is not safe to post also ... Also all of us know the disadvantages of posting our pictures in social media ...

Brainly is open website, and also google gets every information of Brainly...

We can get our own profile picture from google, let it be a flower or my own photo... If you didn't believe me, you can check it by "#your_username# Brainly" search this on Google images ...

Now let me come to disadvantages...

Some people can make bad use of it like editting faces and bad images. I think many same cases which also happened in other social media like Facebook, led to suicide ...

By the way , What is the use of keeping your own picture as profile picture ?
Brainly is not WhatsApp or Facebook to show off your beauty... All of them are strangers...

Most of them will feel bad when they find their images in google, so to avoid it donot keep your own picture as dp , you may keep pic of any movie characters, nature's beauty etc ...

If you already saw your picture in google and want to delete it, they is no way... But I think that photo will go , by keeping on changing dps for a long time ..!!!
