(x-1)(x+1)(x^2 + 1)(x^4 + 1)

use the formula : a^2 - b^2 = (a-b)(a+b)

Anonymous: That's wrong answer.
Anonymous: It’s wrong... how can x^8 be spliited into x^6^2?
Anonymous: the correct one is (x^4)^2
Anonymous: now split it further using a^2-b^2 formula...
Anonymous: yea ...
Shivika2802: oh Yaa thanks
Shivika2802: it was a mistake on my part
Anonymous: Sorry.... but you can further factorise it by splitting x^4-1 to (x^2)^2-1^2, so the final answer would be (x-1)(x+1)(x^2+1)(x^4 +1).....
