Volume of cylinder is  \pi r^2h

Here,  2\pi r=5

 \therefore r=\frac{5}{2\pi} \text{and} h= 8

Volume of cylinder  = \pi \times \frac{25}{4\pi\pi}\times {8}

 = \frac{25}{\pi}\times {2}

 =\frac{50}{3.14}

 = 15.92 m^3
