Yeah, I'm remembering that I have solved the same after a few days of that when I joined this Brainly. Also, now I'm getting that the answer is 3. Okay, answering...

Consider the LHS. When we go through it from right to left, the value is repeating on each square roots being passed. It's almost true for such questions, which means that, when the square root of 3a is multiplied with 2 and then added with a, we get 3a again. Then when the square root of 3a is multiplied with 2 and added to a, again we get 3a. Thus this process is continuing from right to left, which means,

 \sqrt{a + 2 \sqrt{a + 2 \sqrt{a + 2 \sqrt{3a} } }} = a \\  \\  = \sqrt{a + 2 \sqrt{a + 2 \sqrt{3a} } } = a \\  \\  = \sqrt{a + 2 \sqrt{3a}} = a \\  \\   = \sqrt{3a}  = a \\  \\

So let's do it!!!

 \sqrt{3a}  = a \\  \\ 3a =  {a}^{2} \\  \\  {a}^{2}   - 3a = 0 \\  \\ a(a - 3) = 0 \\  \\  \\  \therefore \ a =  \bold{0} \  \ and \:  \: a =  \bold{3}

So there are two answers, 0 and 3. As 3 is there in the option, so that the answer is option (B).

Thank you...
