Radius = OP = OB = OQ = 10 cm
OA = BC = 2√5 cm
Join OB

Thus we obtain a Right ∆OBC

APPLYING PYTHAGORAS THEOREM

OB^2 = OC^2 + BC^2

(10)^2 = OC^2 + (2√5)^2

OC^2 = 100 - 20

OC = √80

OC = 4√5 cm

Thus ar(OABC) = Length × breath
=> OC × OA
=> 4√5 × 2√5
=> 40 cm^2
