 \frac{3}{14}  +  \frac{4}{7}  - x =  \frac{13}{21}  \\ x =  \frac{3}{14}  +  \frac{4}{7}  -  \frac{13}{21}  \\  =  \frac{9 + 24  - 26}{42}  \\   =  \frac{7}{42}  \\  \frac{1}{6}
