Explanation:

1)"Don't yell at me Already" what does it mean?

  • Don't yell at me means not to shout [at me]
  • And already is added because if someone is already yelling for a constant time at the same person.

Already means done before, means the action is being done before you are speaking out the command "Don't yell at me".

2)"We're out of Chips" what does it mean?

We're put of chips can be also said as we're running out of chips.

  • Now, phrase running out does not mean that the chips are running away. This won't make sense also.
  • This is actually a phrase, commonly used to show that the object is lacking .
  • 《 To be out of》 means that the object is reducing .
  • However it is contrary to what is said. It's a phrase.

3)And there are other Bunch Of Words,Like these..Same words are Used Differently in different times.

  • These are called Phrases which are used time to time in English Grammer.
  • For Example- If I say, Down the cliff you can observe the second answer.
  • "Down the cliff" here is a phrase. I don't mean that you will watch down from the mountains. That's what I mean while using "We're out of Chips".
