An ecosystem is where the living organisms communicate with their biotic and biotic environment. The two main components are abiotic and biotic.
b) We don't clean lakes and ponds because the cleaning consumes a lot of time and demand physical work. Also because the lakes and ponds have decomposing organisms which are the cleaning agents of these water bodies. whereas cleaning an aquarium is necessary since they don't have cleaning agents of their own and if they are not cleaned regularly the living things would die because of the dirt present in the aquariums environment.
