 Given : 8^{x - 2} * (\frac{1}{2})^{4 - 3x} = (0.0625)^x

 = > (2^3)^{x - 2} * (2^{-1})^{(4 - 3x)} = (\frac{1}{16})^x

 = > 2^{3(x - 2) - 1(4 - 3x)} = (2^{-4})^x

 = > 2^{3(x - 2) - 1(4 - 3x)}  = 2^{-4x}

 = > 3(x - 2) - 1(4 - 3x) = -4x

 = > 3(x - 2) - (4 - 3x) = -4x

 = > 3x - 6 - 4 + 3x = -4x

 = > 6x - 10 = -4x

 = > 10x = 10

 = > x = 1.
