Let X be the smallest number

and other greater number be X + 15

according to question,

1/2 × X - 4 = 1/5 × (X + 15)

= X/2 - 4 = X/5 + 3

= X/2 - X/5 = 3+4

=5X-2X/10 = 7

=3X = 70

=X = 23.33..............

And, another number is= X+15= 23.33+15

=38.33
