we know that Lewis base is able to donate the lone pair of electron and for that the compound should have extra electron pair

in PF3 phosphorus is central atom and it has one extra lone pair on it. so it can donate lone pair

so it will most probably act like Lewis base

Lewis base are electron donor and proton acceptor

Here only PF3 will have a lone pair as P has 5 electrons in valence shell and it is making 3 bonds only

B) PF3 is the answer
