according to the question, we should find the natural length of a wire ,

let us consider ,

young's modulus ,

for T1 

Y = $\frac{T1/A}{(l-l1)/l}$  -----------------------( 1 )


similary for tension T2 

Y = $\frac{T2/A}{(l-l2)/ l }$ -----------------------( 2 )


now by equating ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) we get ,

$\frac{T1}{l-l1}$ = $\frac{T2}{l-l2}$ 

⇒ L = $\frac{T2 l1 - T1 l2}{T2 - T1}$
