Solution:

Let the demonator of the fraction be x.

\therefore Numerator of the fraction is 5 more than denominator means x+5.

\therefore The fraction is \sf\dfrac{x+5}{x}.

If 4 is added to both numerator and denominator, fraction obtained is \sf\dfrac{6}{5}

 \color{darkcyan} \begin{array}{l:l} \tt\therefore \dfrac{x+5+4}{x+4}=\dfrac{6}{5} & \tt \therefore 5 x+45=6 x+24 \\  \\  \tt\therefore \quad \dfrac{x+9}{x+4}=\dfrac{6}{5} & \tt \therefore 45-24=6 x-5 x \\ \\  \tt \therefore 5(x+9)=6(x+4) &  \tt\therefore \quad \text { denominator of fraction }=21, \\ \\   \quad & \text { and numerator }=21+5=26 \\  \\ & \quad \text { the fraction is } \tt=\dfrac{26}{21}\end{array}
