Q. After the revolt of 1857 Bahadur Shah Zafar II,the Mughal emperor, was tried for reason for treason and exiled to Rangoon. His sons were cruelly shot down as they were held guilty for the murder of the English men, women and children .It led to the end of the Mughal rule in India.
