❤First of all moderators should be above age 15 not should be of class 9th or 10th.......They should listen us at correct time if they can't then they should leave their job....They should not have ego on their job as they are common people as we....
❤Qualities they should develop is that they should take the correct decision at the same time like if anyone is torturing or doing bad comments , moderators should directly delete their account according to me........
❤Best qualities I saw in moderators is that they used to answer correct answer and according to the question.....with correct spellings...

I have been in Brainly for the last 4 months and I felt that, Brainly had an answer to all of my difficulties regarding studies. Honestly, Being a newly teen, I don't have much difficulties as many are solved by my teachers But still, I had asked some and I got accurate answers.
The difference between a common user and a moderator has no value! Because they don't have any difference! Moderators were a common user like us but through their experience and practices they have been very much talented and intelligent so, they deserve the Position.
Even a common user like me can be a moderator, But I don't feel to be as I need to learn much more. I would be like to see myself as a brainly moderator for the next coming years.

Till now I have seen moderators answering questions in a mannered way which I like and I have been copying their method because it looks good and feels friendly to read.
Yes, The moderators in brainly are friendly. They are very kind and never differentiate between a common user or a brainly star or benefactor.
I would just like to say the Moderators of Brainly are all perfect and they don't need to change at all! As the Leaders already train them to behave as I feel from My point of View.
Every Moderator has his own importance and own style of answering. I would Like to thank the whole team of Brainly moderators because this website had made me improved a lot!
