Question = ordinary rubber is an insulator but the special rubber tyres if the aircraft are nade slightly conducting.why is this necessary please explain

During landing, the tyres of a space-craft get charged due to the friction between the tyres and the ground. in case, the tyres are slightly conducting, the charge developed on the tyres will not stay on them and it will find its way(leak) to the earth.
