Answer: Hey mate , your answer -

First we will seperate the iron nails with the help of a magnet. The iron nails seperate out and sugar and sand are left. Then,we will add water to this mixture of sand and sugar and stir it so that sugar dissolves completely and the sand remains suspended in the water. Now , we will use the filtration method i.e., use a filter paper and pass the mixture through the filter paper such that sand gets collected on the filter paper because sugar dissolves completely in the water and cannot be separated by processes like filtration. Then , heat the sugar solution on a Bunsen burner such that water gets evaporated and the sugar is left behind. In this way , we can separate a mixture of sugar, sand and iron nails.
