Answer:

(1) What makes humans the highest form of animal is nothing but honor for the purpose we were created. That is, we were honored by God who created us so. If we were to come on our own, we wouldn't know what choice to make for ourselves of the capabilities endowed us compared to other animals.

(2) Fish breed in a number of ways. Most fish release thousands of eggs, scattering them in the water where the male fish fertilize them. ... This improves the chances of the babies surviving, so fewer eggs are laid. A few kinds of fish keep their eggs inside their bodies, so when they hatch they give birth to live young.

(3) Fishes and frogs lay hundreds of eggs as compared to the hens because :

(1) External fertilization is occurring in fishes and frogs.

(2) The male releases a large number of gametes in the external medium (Water) while the female parent lays a vast number of eggs.

(3) Eggs and sperms may be carried to large distances or may be consumed by predators present in the medium thus loss of the gametes can take place.

(4) Hence in fishes and frogs, the fertilization of male and female gamete is a chance factor and it depends on nature too.

So, to increase the chances of fertilization a large number of gametes are produced in these organisms.

While, on the other hand, egg development in the hen takes inside uterus thus loss of gamete does not take place therefore in hen the zygote formation is not controlled by nature.

(4) Females of these species nourish their young with milk from their mammary glands. Linnaeus called these animals the Mammalia, meaning "of the breasts". ... They give birth to tiny babies, which then live in a special pouch on the mother and grow by suckling her milk.

(5) There are millions of living organisms in this world. There are some which are even yet to be discovered. These living organisms that are known to man, very broadly include animals, plants, microorganisms etc. All of them show great diversity. Yet, there are some characteristics that are similar between groups of organisms and this is what binds them together.

Classification of animals helps us to understand their characteristics, as well as their differences with other organisms. The best-known organisms are the animals. In scientific terminology, they are grouped under the Kingdom Animalia, better known as the Animal Kingdom. Let us learn more about this famous Kingdom!.

4. What do we call such animals that feed their young ones on milk from the breast?

5. On what basis do you put animals into higher and lower groups?

 \bold\red{♧  \:  \: Answer :}

1. Man is called the highest animal because highest animals have some affection for their young ones and man has greater affection for his children than any other animal. They love and take care of children more than any other animal does.

2. Only few eggs laid by a fish develop into fishes because fishes lays thousands of eggs at a time, but do not look after them and the mother fish simply leaves the eggs and never comes back to them, as there is no one to look after them, so due to this reason most of the eggs dies and only a few of them develop into fishes.

3. Fish and hen both lays eggs. Fishes do not look after the eggs laid by them but hens sit upon them and hatch them, and when the little chicks come out from them, she feeds them for some time. Hens care for its children more than a fish does. So, we can say that the hen is a higher animal than the fish.

4. The animals which do not lay eggs, but the mother keeps the egg inside her and gives birth to the well-developed baby and after that the mother feed their young ones on milk from the breast are called mammals.

5. We put animals into higher and lower groups on the basis of their behavior towards their children. How they take care of their children? We put the organisms into higher groups which take care their children most and animals in the lower groups are the animals which take care their children least.
