NOTE : (1/x)^-1 = x
here
(4/3)^-1 = 3/4
(1/4)^-1 = 4
so
(4/3)^-1 - (1/4)^-1
= 3/4 - 4
= (3-16) / 4
= - 13/4 is the answer
