Question = Sunil age 20 years younger than his father after 2 years emit father's age will be twice of sunil age what is the present age of Sunil and his father ?

Solution:–

Let the present age of Sunil is = x years

Father's present age will be = x + 20

After 2 years father age will be

(x + 20) + 2 and Sunil's age will be x + 2

Now,

It is given that after 2 years Sunil's father's age will be twice of Sunil age

So,

(x +20) + 2 = 2(x+2)

x + 40 = 2x + 4

40–4 = 2x–x

36 = x

x = 36

So,

the present age of Sunil = 36 years

and, Father's present age 36 + 20 = 56

It is given that after 2 years Sunil

father's age will be twice of Amit age

So,
