"I have gone" tells us not to look for you now because you've left (in the past).
"for a week" tells us how long you'll be gone.
So "I have gone for a week" is fine. "I'm gone for a week" (it sounds better with the contraction for me) is also fine, although I would be more inclined to say "I'm away for a week."..
