Answer:

 \mathbb \purple  {Solution} ☟︎︎︎

Area of square = (Side)²

= 40cm × 40cm = 1600cm² .

It is given that,

The area of the rectangle = The area of the square.

Area of the rectangle = 1600cm² , breadth of the rectangle = 25cm .

Area of the rectangle = L= b

1600 = L = 25.

L = 64cm

So,the length of rectangle is 64cm.

Perimeter of the rectangle:-

= 2 (L+b) = 2 (64+25)cm.

=2 × 89cm = 178cm.

So,the perimeter of the rectangle is 178cm even though its area is the same as that of the square ▄
