Let the length be 7x and breadth be 4x 

2(7x+4x)25 = 3300

50 × 11x = 3300

11x = 3300÷50

11x = 66

x = 66÷11

x = 6

So length is 7×6=42cm and breadth is 4×6=24 cm.
