100=2(35+b)

100=70+b

30=b

area=l×b

=36×30

⇒ As we know that ,

$\sf Perimeter\: of\: Rectangle\: = 2(Length + Breadth)$

→ $100 \:cm = 2 (35 +x)\\\\100 \: cm = 70 + 2x \\\\2x \: = \: 100 - 70 \\\\2x \: = \: 30 \\\\x \: = \: \frac{30}{2} \\\\\huge{\orange{\underline{\underline{x \:=\: 15}}}}$

$\sf Therefore \: , Breadth \: = 15 cm$

⇒ Now , we will find the area

$\sf Area \: of \: a \: rectangle\: = Length \times Breadth$

$= 35\: cm \times 15\: cm \\\\= 525\: cm^{2}$
