To find:-

Length of box

Solution:-

We know that volume = length × width × Height

Therefore

${144}cm^{3} \: \: = \: l \: \times \: 2 \: \times 8$

Therefore, Length of box =

$144 cm^{3} \: \div {16}cm^{2}$

= 9 cm

Note :-

cm cube when divided by cm square it remains only cm
