question--- To make an open fish tank, a glass sheet of 2 mm gauge is used. The outer lenght, breadth and height of tank are 60.4 cm , 40.4 cm and 40.2 cm respectively. how much maximum volume of water will be contained in it?
why is 0.2 cancelled from the lenght, breadth and height in above answer...pls explain

it will be subtracted because of the thickness of the tank which is 2mm which is = 0.2cm

so 0.2 is cancelled from length, breadth and height here.
